I believe I am well-suited for this role based on a combination of my experience, skill set, and long-term goals. Over the past few years, I have gained practical experience in Technology, Network Administration and IT Support work. Where I have led and collaborated on projects, responsibilities and initiatives. I possess strong skills in communication, leadership, curriculum development, digital tools, which have been essential in achieving impactful outcomes in my work.
If I could define my ideal role in Deep Funding, it would be one that allows me to contribute meaningfully to the selection, support, and success of innovative projects, especially those that align with community impact, education, and technology. I would love to be involved in evaluating proposals — not just for their feasibility and technical soundness, but also for their potential to address real-world needs. I see myself thriving in a role where I can provide clear, constructive feedback to applicants, help streamline the review process, and perhaps even mentor or support grantees post-funding. I’m passionate about fair, transparent processes and inclusive participation, so being a bridge between visionary ideas and funding opportunities would be both exciting and deeply fulfilling.
If I had full agency and sufficient resources within the Deep Funding program, the first thing I would focus on improving is accessibility and clarity in the application process—especially for newcomers and underrepresented communities. While Deep Funding is rich in opportunity, some applicants may find it difficult to navigate the proposal process, understand expectations, or connect with potential collaborators. I would prioritize developing clearer guidelines, mentorship pathways, and perhaps a structured onboarding process or resource hub that supports applicants not just in submitting proposals, but in crafting strong, impactful ones. This would help ensure that great ideas are not overlooked due to barriers in communication, technical language, or platform familiarity. Ultimately, I believe that improving accessibility and support at the entry point can elevate the diversity, quality, and long-term sustainability of the projects Deep Funding invests in.

Thank you for the opportunity to share more. One thing I’d like to highlight is that beyond my formal experience and skills, I bring a deep sense of collaboration, curiosity, and care into any space I’m part of. I genuinely enjoy building systems that empower others, and I’m comfortable taking initiative where I see gaps. I’m especially passionate about inclusive and community-driven innovation. If there\'s ever an opportunity to help design or co-create processes—whether that’s in onboarding, capacity-building, or outreach—I’d be excited to contribute. Also, I’ve had experience navigating complex, interdisciplinary projects with people from diverse backgrounds, which I believe would be valuable across various Circles within Deep Funding. Even if the right role doesn’t yet exist, I’m open to carving one out where my strengths can be most useful to the community.
