DEEP Open All Hands

Summary

The meeting provided a comprehensive update on activities across multiple Deep Funding circles for January–February 2026, highlighting strong cross-functional collaboration, system improvements, and a strategic shift toward a project-based operating model.

The Review Circle focused on evaluating submissions from the Agentic Ideation Challenge, successfully transitioning from spreadsheet-based reviews to a dedicated CMS platform, improving efficiency and structure. They also introduced Single Sign-On (SSO) integration, enhanced milestone assessment workflows, and launched a partner-facing portal to increase transparency and collaboration with external stakeholders.

The IT Circle concentrated on infrastructure and platform stability, including refining the ideation portal, executing a major domain migration, and maintaining system reliability through ongoing DevOps support.

The Operations Circle balanced ongoing support functions (payments, coordination) with forward-looking initiatives aligned with the new strategy. A key focus was developing a community engagement correlation analysis and a live feedback dashboard to better understand participation gaps and improve decision-making without over-reliance on meetings.

The Onboarding Circle advanced recruitment processes through structured entry tasks and trial frameworks, alongside documentation of roles and handover materials. They also introduced guidance on maintaining a “human-in-the-loop” approach when using AI tools.

The Analytics Circle improved data reliability during platform migration, enhanced dashboards (including social media tracking), conducted detailed payment analysis, and built systems for standardized event reporting and referral tracking.

The Events Circle maintained consistent programming (Town Halls, X Spaces, All Hands) while exploring improvements, community hub integration, and alignment with upcoming strategic changes.

Other circles (Documentation, Dev/Partnerships, Marketing) contributed through automation of documentation systems, launch of affiliate and partner programs, and increased marketing impact—evidenced by higher participation and campaign outputs.

Overall, the session underscored a transition from task-based operations to project-driven execution, with emphasis on data-informed decisions, improved tooling, and sustaining community engagement during structural change.
