Program Improvement Suggestions
The first thing I would focus on is creating a centralized, real-time analytics dashboard that aggregates data from all projects and milestones. This would provide a comprehensive, easily accessible overview of the program’s progress, enabling key stakeholders to quickly identify trends, track project performance, and address any potential issues. Additionally, I would implement a system to measure and track the long-term impact of funded proposals after project completion, displaying the results on the same central dashboard. This would not only keep members informed but also allow the broader community, potential users, and future builders to access and verify the positive impact the program has had. By showcasing these outcomes transparently, we could attract more users and builders, further driving the success and growth of the Deep Funding ecosystem.
