Suitable for Role

I’m excited to apply for the Marketing Circle Lead or Head of Content role. With hands-on experience in several DAOs—SingularityNET, The Graph, BanklessDAO, and CerebrumDAO—I bring a blend of strategic planning, community engagement, and content expertise that aligns well with your vision. In my current roles, I’ve led initiatives like governance structure development for SingularityNET’s Ambassador Program, where I created clear frameworks for decision-making and contribution incentives. In CerebrumDAO, my focus on Communications and Awareness has honed my skills in crafting content that resonates and grows community reach, a key strength I’d bring to your team. Plus my work in content creation spans from podcast production to managing community quests, always aimed at fostering meaningful engagement and expanding community awareness. I’m passionate about creating community-driven content and strategic marketing initiatives that go beyond promotion to build genuine, lasting connections. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience and energy to the Marketing Circle

Ideal Role

In Deep Funding, I see myself as a Strategic Community & Program Lead focused on boosting innovation and simplifying the funding process. I’d work on the program\'s goals to ensure they match what the community cares about, setting clear milestones to encourage impactful projects. I’d also connect with the community, helping applicants through workshops and Q&A sessions to create a friendly atmosphere. A key part of my role would be increasing awareness and improving communication about funding opportunities, ensuring everyone knows how to get involved. Also, I’d develop easy-to-understand metrics to track project progress and keep everyone updated on the impact of funded projects. Overall, I want to make Deep Funding open and engaging, creating a space where great ideas can grow. This role would blend well with being the Marketing Circle Lead or Head of Content, showcasing success stories and creating content that makes the funding process clear while encouraging community involvement.

Program Improvement Suggestions

If I had full agency and enough resources within the Deep Funding program, the first thing I would focus on is improving community engagement and awareness. I believe that making the funding process clearer and more visible is key to attracting a wider range of proposals and encouraging participation. If I had the chance to bring everything under one vision, I\'d start by focusing on uniting Deep Funding across all fronts to work toward one shared goal. The first priority would be reconnecting with communities that have already received support, especially in LATAM and Africa. These communities have laid foundations with events and outreach, and it’s essential we keep that momentum going, tapping into their grassroots insights to build local relevance and reach. From there, I’d set up a **central X (formerly Twitter) Community Page** as a main hub where people could easily find real-time updates, discussions, and success stories. Then, for regions with active participants, like Africa or LATAM, we’d create specific X pages that reflect their unique needs and host parallel sessions during live discussions. That way, we’re not just broadcasting but truly engaging with these communities in their language, in ways that resonate locally. A monthly podcast series would also be a great tool here. We could spotlight awarded projects and hit milestones, giving the community a real sense of progress and investment impact. On top of that, I\'d hold regular workshops and Q&As for applicants and community members. These would demystify the process, making it easier for new contributors to join in and bring more fresh ideas. For content, we need a translation forum on our website to make Deep Funding accessible in multiple languages, plus visuals like infographics, videos, or even comics. These formats are more digestible, especially for people new to the program. Finally, having clear metrics for impact and progress reporting that’s consistent across all fronts would make the funding journey more transparent and keep everyone aligned. Altogether, the goal is to create one cohesive, community-driven force that feels accessible and exciting no matter where someone is tuning in from. This approach would allow Deep Funding to become more than just a platform—it’d be a truly united, community-powered engine for real-world change.

Additional Information

One thing that might help paint a clearer picture of what I’d bring to Deep Funding is my background in both decentralized and traditional project management. I’ve worked with various Web3 projects, from SingularityNET to CerebrumDAO and The Graph, often taking on roles that blend community building with strategy and operations. This experience has shaped my approach to community-driven innovation—I’m always looking for ways to connect people and ideas in ways that create impact and drive growth. I have a strong focus on making information accessible and engagement easy. I believe this is key to drawing in new contributors and making sure everyone feels they can participate, regardless of their experience. Whether it\'s through strategic communication, visual storytelling, or hands-on support, my goal is to make the process as seamless and welcoming as possible. Lastly, if there’s room to explore something beyond a set role, I’m always open to creating solutions tailored to current needs—whether that’s building more structured outreach to specific regions or designing new ways to recognize and reward community achievements. I’m here to bring all my skills to support Deep Funding’s goals in whatever way best fits.
