Program Improvement Suggestions
Given the Deep Funding program’s emphasis on community involvement and governance, my first focus would be on enhancing transparency and engagement throughout the decision-making process. I would implement more interactive, real-time opportunities for the community to discuss proposals and vote on funding rounds, such as live Q&A sessions with project leads and dedicated discussion spaces for feedback. This would empower the community to make more informed decisions and feel even more connected to the governance process.
