Program Improvement Suggestions

If I had full agency and resources, I’d establish a continuous developer engagement pipeline instead of relying mainly on one-off events. This would include: A Marketplace Builders Program with monthly micro-bounties, leaderboards, and tiered rewards to keep devs active. Mentorship pods pairing experienced members with newcomers to guide them from idea to deployment. An AI sandbox with ready-to-use templates for quick experimentation. Localized partnerships in high potential region like Africa. This would turn the Dev Outreach Circle into a year-round growth engine, ensuring more developers, better projects, and higher marketplace activity.
