Suitable for Role

I believe I am the most suitable for the Product Owner & Webmaster role within the Marketing Circle because of a combination of relevant experience, hands-on skills, and perfect synchronization with Deep Funding\'s vision and work culture. I\'ve done web projects where I\'ve been an interface between users, designers, and developers—to help translate ideas into functional features and easily findable information. I have proficiency in WordPress environments, best UX practices, backlog management tools like Kanban, and collaborative platforms like Notion, Trello, or OpenProject. I have experience in developing content, editing, and coordination, so I\'m prepared to be responsible for the quality of content from different contributors as well as maintaining consistency. I have experience working on distributed, asynchronous teams and have strong communication and facilitation skills in order to process inputs from multiple stakeholders. I am intrigued by community-driven technology, and Deep Funding\'s decentralized model is one that I believe in. I\'m excited to be on a platform that believes in innovation, cooperation, and openness—and applies the same principles to its tools and methods of communication. I\'m also motivated by the potential to empower others to do their best, be that through documentation, assistance via onboarding, or strategic planning. Overall, I see this as a chance not only to get to implement what I already know, but to learn alongside the project, riding on the back of an active, global community

Ideal Role

My ideal role at Deep Funding would be a job that integrates my passion for community building, event planning, and digital marketing with the larger mission of decentralizing AI construction. I would thrive in a role where I can organize and execute marketing campaigns, host engaging virtual events, and act as a main point of contact between the community and the core team. In this role, I\'d be charged with establishing a strong online presence, crafting campaigns that educate and inspire the global community, and leveraging digital marketing acumen to raise awareness and build trust in Deep Funding\'s cause. I would leap at the opportunity to be able to lead efforts in amplifying the voices of AI coders and other stakeholders so that their efforts are highlighted and their interests are addressed. In addition to online marketing, my ideal job would also involve being an engaged participant in Deep Funding\'s event planning—creating virtual or hybrid events that foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and excitement around decentralized AI. Whether a webinar, workshop, or meetup-style community event, I would enjoy creating experiences that drive engagement, encourage learning, and highlight the creative work of Deep Funding and its community. In addition, as a learning and developing person at all times, I would like to have a job where I am continuously developing and challenging myself. That could be through experimenting with new marketing tactics, experimenting with new content types, or expanding the range of events to reach new audiences. Overall, I would want to assist Deep Funding to succeed and enhance my skills and ability even more in the area of AI and decentralized technology.

Program Improvement Suggestions

If I were in charge with full authority and proper resources, the first thing I would strive to improve is how transparent and accessible the Deep Funding process is, especially to new contributors and contributors from underrepresented groups. While the program is doing a great job in supporting deserving projects, the experience of taking it through—proposing, knowing what gets reviewed, or getting feedback—can be off-putting for those unfamiliar. I would implement clearer documentation, mentorship initiatives, and engaged onboarding materials (like short video explainers or live Q&A) to de-mystify the application process and encourage more engagement. Accessible funding available and accessible upfront would lead to a larger, more diverse, and more creative pool of funded projects.

Additional Information

If I were the individual in charge with full authority and sufficient resources, the first thing that I would seek to improve is the transparency and ease of access of the Deep Funding process, especially for first-time participants and individuals from underrepresented groups. Although the program does a great job at funding worthy projects, the experience of navigating it—making proposals, understanding what gets assessed, or receiving feedback—can be daunting to a person who has never had to navigate it before. I would try to make more intuitive documentation, mentorship programs, and more interactive onboarding content—such as short video explainers, live Q&A sessions, or interactive walkthroughs. These resources would demystify the process and lower the barrier to entry. Offering funding sooner would lead to a larger, more diverse, and more innovative pool of projects, making the ecosystem as a whole more resilient.
