Data Governance for sure! The first step in building a robust data governance framework is to standardize current processes and clearly define the metrics to be measured. Once these foundations are in place, the focus shifts to the infrastructure and architectural aspects of tools, as well as implementing effective data monitoring. However, it’s crucial that everyone within the DF understands the value of data and the compliance requirements / privacy regulations.
