Have a strong passion in ensuring fair, just and equal opportunities for all funds requester, irrespective of age, gender, nationality while at the same instance a strong sense of responsibility to provide funders the best value for money. My 4 year involvement in Project Catalyst from a L0 to a L2 Community Reviewer, where our responsibility is to assess proposals asking for funds to Project Catalyst, assess the assessors to ensure funds are distributed to only the best teams with the best intentions. Now as a Milestone Reviewer, where our responsibility is to ensure successfully funded proposers to deliver on their KPI\'s. Currently managing 21 projects of various fields, my expertise, experience and dedication will benefit the DeepFunding team. This does not include my 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the fields of Event Organizing, Brand Engagement and Marketing Operations.

Program Improvement Suggestions
Integrate more AI into the DeepFunding user interface. Being part of another decentralized funding ecosystem that is more mature, I have bare witness to how it slowly but most definitely became victim of manipulation. Especially now with the rising prevalence of AI allows manipulation in masses. DeepFunding, being that it is an AI platform, should integrate AI in it\'s review process of proposals. To identify with quick and aggregated analysis of variables such as; abuse of AI, incoherent proposals, incoherent reviews, multiple account reviewers and gaming of the UI/UX system.
