Technical Developer Enablement and Outreach
Support developers and research teams in understanding platform mechanics, workflows, and participation paths
Help clarify technical requirements, evaluation criteria, and process steps for challenges and programs
Assist contributors in troubleshooting common issues related to onboarding, submissions, or platform usage
Participate in technical calls, walkthroughs, and demo sessions
Reach out to universities, tech communities, and organizations to identify potential collaboration opportunities.
Documentation and Knowledge Flow
Contribute to technical documentation, FAQs, and process guides
Help keep documentation accurate as platform features and processes evolve
Identify missing or unclear documentation and propose improvements
Cross-Circle Technical Collaboration
Work closely with developers and other technical contributors
Support alignment between platform capabilities and developer expectations
Help translate technical constraints and decisions into clear internal and external communication
(Depth and Clarity Matter more than Titles)
3+ years of professional experience in software development, AI, technical program support, DevRel, or related technical roles
Strong technical background or hands-on experience in software development, AI, or research environments
Ability to read and understand technical documentation, specs, and workflows
Experience supporting developers, technical users, or open-source contributors
Comfortable discussing system architecture, tooling, and technical trade-offs at a high level
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to structure feedback, issues, and insights clearly
Experience with hackathons or developer platforms is a plus
Reliable internet connection and comfort participating in technical calls and reviews
Familiarity with decentralized systems or open-source ecosystems is a plus
Previous experience in working with tech communities is a plus.
